Loft Foreclosures in Atlanta

Although we all hear how there are so many foreclosures all around the country, surprisingly, the Metro Atlanta does not have that many.  However, I have linked what foreclosures are available in the different loft developments by alphabetizing the named developments into sections.  There are not as many to choose from as one may think.  Just click on each section to see what foreclosure lofts are available.

Bear in mind, I have seen many properties sell at far less values by non-distressed sellers, than I have seen in foreclosures.  So, keep that in mind.  There might be a non-foreclosure property that is listed lower than these foreclosure, and a far better deal!
